Gray (keycap)

"Gray" in a keycap context is Unicomp's term for a chromatically-cool grey colour. Gray keycaps are a modern equivalent to pebble keycaps, which by comparison were a warmer colour and look slightly yellowed side-by-side with gray keycaps. They are usually paired with brilliant white keycaps (themselves also a modern equivalent to pearl keycaps) as part of a two-tone set, with brilliant white keys usually being alphanumeric and the spacebar and gray keys usually being arrows, enters, modifiers and operators, they may comprise the entire keyboard as well. They are typically available as an option for Unicomp raven black keyboards.
