Also known as: Modular POS

Stands for Modular Point of Sale, which is a series of buckling-sleeve Model M extended family keyboards introduced in 2008. MPOS family keyboards were derived from the RPOS family and are thus close relatives to Model Ms. They remain in production for Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions.
